Terms of service

These terms cover use of this site and services bought directly from Call Catch Desk, a service of S2 Group LLC, Ohio. Orders placed through a marketplace such as Fiverr are also governed by that marketplace's terms.

Services

Setup is $497 one time and the monthly service is $397, with a three-month minimum, then month to month. Services start only under a signed service agreement, which controls over these terms.

Automated assistants

Callers and chat visitors are told they are dealing with an automated assistant. Emergencies route to your on-call contact. You approve all answers before go-live.

Your data

You own your customer conversations and contact data.

No guarantees

We work to a professional standard but don't guarantee specific results such as sales, rankings, or call volume. Results depend on factors outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Free teardowns, demos, and samples are provided as-is, for information only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
