Call Catch Desk is a service of S2 Group LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we"). This policy explains what we collect on this site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out our fit form, we collect your company name, website, main trade, number of technicians, and service area. We also ask for your rough weekly inbound calls, your estimated missed or after-hours calls, your average job value, and how you handle after-hours calls today. The form has four yes or no setup checks. They ask whether you can add a chat script to your website, whether your business line supports call forwarding, whether you have your EIN and business details ready for text registration, and whether you have tried a demo. We collect your name, role, and email, plus your phone number if you choose to share it. We ask you to confirm that you understand the stated price, and you can add notes if you like. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data. Our website host, Cloudflare, may log technical data such as your IP address for security purposes.

How we use it

To reply to you and evaluate or deliver the service you asked about. We don't add you to a mailing list without your separate consent, and we don't text or call you unless you ask us to.

Where it's stored

Each form submission is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV storage. We also send a copy of the submission to our business inbox as a notification so we can reply to you. We keep entries for up to 24 months. After that, we delete them from both storage and our inbox, unless the entry is part of an active client record.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run this site and the service, or when the law requires it.

Your choices
